Access at GZF

Glasgow Zine Fest predominantly takes place in CCA, a wheelchair accessible venue with disabled toilets. A variety of seating options will be available throughout the venue. For information about venue accessibility at the CCA please visit their website.

CCA’s primary lift is currently out of order. We will be directing people to the secondary lift which will be operated by festival staff. If you need to use the lift during your time at the festival please come and speak to a member of Glasgow Zine Fest staff and we’ll be happy to help.

For access information at our partner venues across the Southside please check individual event listings.

All in-person and online talks feature live captioning and BSL interpretation. In-person workshops offer BSL upon request. Online workshops have automated live captioning via Otter.ai, with live closed captioning and BSL available upon request.

Films in the programme include captions. A hearing loop is available for any events happening in the CCA Cinema space.

All access requests can be made while booking via Eventbrite or you can contact glasgowzinelibrary@gmail.com. We will do our best to meet any requests but please know we are more able to meet requests made at least two weeks in advance. We may be in touch with you directly to discuss certain requests.

Please contact glasgowzinelibrary@gmail.com if you have any questions or feedback about accessibility at our events.
