So Far, So Good: An exhibition of zine cultures in Scotland and beyond

  • Centre for Contemporary Arts 350 Sauchiehall Street Glasgow, Scotland, G2 3JD United Kingdom (map)

This is a free, unticketed exhibition in Intermedia Gallery. Open 11-6pm across the festival weekend.

Glasgow Zine Fest reflects on a decade of operation with this exhibition that looks at the past, present, and future of zine-making in Scotland. With a collection of ephemera from zine fests around the world, filmed interviews with Scottish zine makers, Liverpool Fanzines & The Hillsborough Justice Campaign a film by Hamja Ahsan and Ali Russel, a reference library for people to read all about zines and DIY culture, and drop in zine-making activities, visitors are encouraged to see, make, share, and do!

Join our friends from Derbyshire Zine Library (DZL) in the Intermedia Gallery all weekend for some drop-in zine making. All ages welcome, all making materials provided, no experience necessary. DZL will also have a selection of zines from their collection for you to browse for some inspiration!

This event is part of Glasgow Zine Fest 2023.
