Join us at Wild Press for a Risograph printmaking & zine workshop and explore this vibrant print process by creating a colourful collaborative zine.
Participants will be introduced to the process, inks and Risograph machine whilst creating artwork through collage and mark-making. We will work in greyscale and turn our designs into colourful printed matter. During the workshop participants will work collaboratively on 2 colour designs and together we will create a zine using multiple binding methods.
All materials and paper will be provided. If you would like to bring specific mark-making or greyscale collage materials you are more than welcome to.
The aim of this workshop is for participants is to gain a general overview of the process and creating artwork for printing, learn how to bind publications & zines and have the opportunity to get advice on future zine print projects or ideas.
This Workshop suitable for all levels and anyone who is interested in developing skills in Risograph printing and zine making. No prior experience is necessary.
Tea, Coffee & Snacks will be provided.
